Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached to it and packaged in the original cotton pouch, within 14 days of delivery. To start your return, email us at hello@thesaltside.com and we will guide you through the process. 

Please note:

  • All eligible returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.  This amount will be deducted from the return amount.
  • All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the item(s).

The Salt Side is not liable for the loss or damage of packages in return transit. Please be sure to obtain a tracking number with your return to ensure proof of delivery.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Instead, we offer a store credit via discount code for the value of your item (excluding shipping). This allows you to repurchase the product in the correct size or color (or to buy a different one).

Sale Items & Promotions

Items purchased during sales, promotional periods, or sitewide discounts are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.
 The Salt Side is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
