1. Can I buy the top and bottom separately? 

Yes! At The Salt Side, we sell all pieces separately so you have the freedom to mix and match your set however you like — or simply purchase just the one piece you need.

2. How long will my order take to be delivered to me?

We pack and dispatch orders within 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, it will be in the hands of the selected delivery partner until it reaches you. To track your delivery time, please refer to the tracking number sent to your email after purchase.

3. Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, our warehouse in California ships not only to the U.S, but also Canada and Europe.

If you're shopping from Brazil, please visit our Brazilian website — orders placed there ship only within Brazil.

4. Do I need to pay international taxes on my order?

If you're from the United States, no! All US orders are shipped from The Salt Side’s warehouse in California, so you don’t need to worry about international taxes or the new import policies.

International orders, however, may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

5. If I buy a bikini and it doesn’t fit, can I exchange it?
Of course! You have 7 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or return. Check this page for more info.

6. If the fabric is biodegradable, does that mean it will fall apart?

Not at all — far from it! The biodegradable fabric only begins to break down when exposed to specific bacteria found in landfill environments — offering a smart solution to the waste generated by the fashion industry. With you, your bikinis will last for many, many years. They’re made with some of the highest-quality materials on the market. Don’t worry!
